Store Terms

These terms explain the rules for using FormAndHour and purchasing from the store. Related shipping, returns, privacy, and cookie notices are incorporated where referenced.

Effective Date

Scope and Eligibility

These Store Terms apply to browsing this site and buying products through it. By using the site or submitting an order, the customer accepts these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. A purchaser must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the purchaser's location, and legally capable of entering the transaction.

Products and Services

Every product remains subject to availability. We work to represent specifications, measurements, materials, finishes, features, and photography accurately, although screens and naturally varying materials can look different in person. Before ordering, review the selected options, measurements, installation requirements, and compatibility shown on the product page. An obvious description or stock error may be corrected before the order is accepted.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

Product prices use the currency identified on the website or at checkout. Before submission, checkout displays applicable tax, shipping, discounts, and other charges. Unless checkout specifically says they are included, the customer is responsible for destination duties, brokerage fees, or comparable import costs.

Accepted Payment Methods

Only the methods offered in the active checkout session are accepted. Depending on the order, these can include major debit or credit cards and supported digital payment services. The available choice can vary with billing information, destination, currency, the order itself, and eligibility decisions made by the payment provider.

Payment Timing and Billing

Submitting the order may cause the provider to authorize payment and then capture it immediately or when order processing begins, according to the method presented at checkout. The customer authorizes the displayed total and is responsible for accurate billing information. If captured funds relate to an order we later reject or cancel, the applicable amount is returned to the original payment method.

Ordering Process

Build the cart by choosing a product and its available options, then supply correct billing and delivery information, select an offered shipping and payment method, review the products and total, accept the applicable terms, and submit. Details entered during checkout can be corrected before the final submission.

Order Acceptance

An Order Confirmation means the order reached us; it is not, by itself, acceptance. Unless applicable law sets a different point, the sales contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation. An order may be declined or cancelled for unavailable stock, an obvious price or description mistake, payment failure, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery restrictions, quantity controls, or a legal obligation. Any amount already captured for a rejected order will be refunded.

Customer Cancellations

Ask to cancel through a verified method on the Contact Us page before packing, customization, or shipping begins. We will make a reasonable effort to stop fulfillment but cannot promise that the request will arrive in time. After fulfillment begins, the Returns, Refunds & Order Issues policy applies. Nothing here removes a cancellation or redress right granted by applicable law.

Complaints and Warranty Rights

For a concern about a product or service, send Customer Support the order number, a clear explanation, and useful photographs. We maintain an accessible complaint process and will review the available evidence before providing the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by the published policy or applicable consumer law. Any valid manufacturer warranty supplements rather than replaces a legal right that cannot be excluded.

User Responsibilities

Customers must keep account credentials secure, submit accurate and current information, use the store lawfully, avoid fraudulent transactions, and follow stated quantity or resale limits. No one may disrupt the site, upload malicious code, perform large-scale scraping or copying without permission, impersonate another person, or seek access that has not been authorized.

Intellectual Property

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, software, and other site material belong to or are licensed to the business and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Visitors receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal shopping. Except where law permits, site material may not be reproduced, altered, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Liability and Events Beyond Control

These terms do not exclude a liability or consumer protection that the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest lawful extent, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and liability connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control is not our responsibility, although we will take reasonable steps to limit the effect and will provide remedies the law requires.

Dispute Resolution

Please give Customer Support an opportunity to address a concern through the published complaint channel first. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may use a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable U.S. federal and state law. Mandatory consumer protections and the right to contact the Federal Trade Commission, a state attorney general, or another competent regulator remain available. These terms do not waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Data Protection

The current Privacy Notice describes how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected, including rights that may apply under U.S. federal or state privacy law. The Cookies & Site Technologies notice describes cookies and similar storage. Both notices form part of these Store Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Store Terms for operational, service, or legal reasons. The page will display a new effective date, and any additional notice required by law will be provided. Unless applicable law requires a different result, an order continues to be governed by the terms in effect when it was submitted.
